My Values and Expected Values of Clients

3. Accountability: My clients and I will accept responsibility for our behavior, including responding promptly to requests from each other.
4. Confidentiality: I will respect the confidentiality of clients.
5. Respect: My clients and I will treat one another respectfully, avoiding any action that may discredit either of us or action that would even give the appearance of disrespect impropriety.
